Left foot forward, recover (rock) back on the right foot, cha, cha, cha

Right foot back, rock forward on left foot, then cha, cha, cha

Repeat first two lines

Step forward on the left foot and half pivot to the right hand side, then cha, cha, cha (left foot first)

Step forward on the right foot and half pivot to your left hand side, then cha, cha, cha (right foot first)

Repeat last two lines

Left foot to the side, bring right together. Another step to the left & touch with right foot

Repeat again

Extend the left arm in front and move it to the left hand side -move your body slightly to the left

Do the same on the right hand side. Repeat both sides again

Pivot to the left

Swing right foot forward then back. Swing left foot backwards and then forward

Repeat these steps again

Right foot – step, lock left foot behind, step right again then hold

Left foot – step, lock right foot behind, step left again then hold

Step with the right foot then hold, left foot then hold, right foot then hold
-
Make a ¼ turn to the left and hold
